As in, back to my place in Vienna.
But it does feel like coming home in some ways. The metro is more logical and clean and easy to navigate. The language sounds more pleasing to the ear (although I'm learning that the Austrian dialect of German sounds pleasing compared to a lot of languages). There is a breeze that brings relief from the heat (well over 30 degrees centigrade here) that was missing from Budapest.
It just feels more like home. It's not Chicago or the suburbs, but it feels good to be back. (Also, it feels crazy good to stretch after 3.5 hours on the bus - ouch!)
